Alyson GriffithWonderful neighborhood dentist experience at Bluffview Dental! After years of going to a dentist in a fancy high-rise office building, fighting traffic in the middle of the Knox/Travis area, I decided it was time for a change. I called my insurance company looking for recommendations, but to no avail. Then one day, driving home through Bluffview, I passed Bluffview Dental and thought, why not give them a call? Well, I'm SO glad I did! From the moment Brenda answered the phone, I had a feeling this was the place for me. She was incredibly kind, welcoming and accommodating. Eight days later, I was sitting in the dentist's chair! I had explained from the beginning that I have a bit of dental anxiety (okay, maybe a phobia! 😉), and Brenda assured me that Janet was the BEST. Well, she wasn't kidding! Janet was FANTASTIC! Extremely knowledgeable, experienced, gentle, kind and, best of all, she has a GREAT sense of humor! If I could give her 10 stars, I absolutely would! Meeting Dr. Williams was equally wonderful. She was pleasant, professional and, most importantly, understanding. She genuinely listened to my concerns (and my non-concerns!) and made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. What a refreshing experience to find such a terrific team right here in the neighborhood! No high-rise, no traffic headaches, just wonderful people who clearly care about their patients. Though they are conveniently located in the heart of bustling Dallas, the practice has a truly small hometown feel. The staff members are a close-knit group of professionals who are equally committed to one another and to their patients. Bluffview Dental does not treat you as a revenue stream like many other dental offices, they treat you like family. Your dental health and your personal satisfaction are their priority. They take extra time and care to review and discuss your unique dental needs. This extra level of attention ensures you are comfortable and happy with the results. William HamiltonIf you are looking for the down hometown feeling in dentistry, this is the place to come too. From being in the area well over 30 plus years, you know they must be doing something right. From the friendly check in/out to the amazing Hygienist Ms. Janet to the amazing Dr Williamson, this is the place you need to be at. I was with the same dentist for over 35 yrs, until he retired & I was very skeptical on who to trust my dental care with (mainly just a cleaning) and didn’t want to get gouged with a dental company trying every way to use up my dental plan. Bluffview Dental made me feel at ease & I would recommend them beyond a 5 star rating .Posted on Google
