Bluffview Dental is located at 4229 W Lovers Ln in Dallas, TX 75209, serving patients throughout the Dallas area. You can reach our office at (214) 350-2311.
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes. Our team welcomes new patients of all ages. Visit our New Patients page to learn what to expect, or request an appointment online.
What dental services do you offer?
We provide a full range of general and restorative dentistry, including dentures, partial dentures, dental implants, bridges, porcelain crowns, fillings, root canals, and braces.
Can you repair my broken dentures the same day?
In many cases, yes. Because our office has an in-house dental laboratory, many denture repairs can be completed in about an hour instead of being sent to an outside lab for days or weeks.
How long has Dr. Banks been practicing?
Dr. Ben Banks has been in private practice in Dallas for more than 30 years and has extensive experience replacing missing teeth with dentures and dental implants. Learn more on our Meet the Doctors page.
What is the difference between complete and partial dentures?
Complete dentures replace all of the teeth in an arch, while partial dentures fill in gaps when you still have some healthy natural teeth. Your dentist will recommend the option that best fits your oral health and goals.
Am I a candidate for dental implants?
Most adults who are missing one or more teeth and have healthy gums and adequate jawbone can be considered for implants. A consultation with an exam and panoramic x-ray helps determine whether implants are right for you.
Who performs the implant surgery?
All implant surgery for our patients is performed by a Board Certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon, and our team then designs and places the custom restoration that completes your smile.
What is the ATLANTIS Conus concept?
The ATLANTIS Conus concept is an implant-supported removable prosthesis that stays securely in place through friction-fit attachments. It offers the stability of a fixed restoration while remaining easy to remove and clean. Read more on our ATLANTIS Conus Concept page.
Do you offer any special offers for new patients?
Yes. We offer free exams and consultations, including a panoramic x-ray, for dentures, partial dentures, implants, bridgework, extractions, and cosmetic dentistry. See our Special Offers page for current details.
Do you accept dental insurance?
We accept most major insurance plans, and our office staff is happy to help you with claims and paperwork so you can make the most of your coverage.
How do I know if I need a root canal?
Lingering tooth pain, sensitivity to hot or cold, swelling, bleeding, or a bad taste in the mouth can signal an infected tooth. An exam and x-rays can confirm whether a root canal is needed to save the tooth.
When is a crown recommended instead of a filling?
A crown is usually recommended when a tooth is too decayed, cracked, or heavily filled for a filling to restore it safely. A porcelain crown covers and protects the entire visible part of the tooth.
Do you offer braces for adults?
Yes. We offer braces for both children and adults, because it is never too late to achieve a straighter, healthier smile.
How often should I visit the dentist?
Most patients benefit from a checkup and cleaning every six months. Patients with dentures should also be seen regularly so the fit can be checked and adjusted as the mouth changes over time.
How can I schedule an appointment?
You can call Bluffview Dental at (214) 350-2311 or use our online booking on the Appointments page to choose a time that works for you.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Please bring a photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications, and any dentures or partials you currently wear. Arriving a few minutes early helps us get you started on time.
